Every figure on this site comes from a real contribution. Nothing is estimated, illustrated or filled in for effect. Where there is no data, the page says so.
Direction matters more than a score
A workplace is not a fixed number. People tell us how their experience compares with when they joined, what changed and why — so you can see whether an employer is improving or slipping.
Contributors stay protected
Reviews are never shown individually and review dates are never published. Small breakdowns are held back, while still counting towards the employer's overall figures.
Where we start
Luxembourg first: a small, concentrated market where a handful of honest signals changes how people choose. The employer directory is seeded with real organisations. Everything else — ratings, trends, workload, reasons people leave — arrives only from professionals.
