About

Privacy and thresholds

You can only be honest if you are safe. Here is exactly what happens to a contribution once you submit it.

Never published individually

No review is ever displayed on its own, and no review is attached to a name. Only aggregates are published.

No dates

Submission dates are never shown. Change over time is presented in broad periods only, so a review cannot be traced to a person by timing.

Nothing is discarded

Small groups are never deleted or excluded from calculations. Every single response contributes to the employer's overall figures.

How thresholds actually work

Thresholds decide only whether a breakdown may be displayed. Take, as an illustration only, an employer with 387 responses, 8 of them from a compliance team. All 387 would count towards that employer's overall figures. The compliance breakdown stays hidden until it passes the threshold below — but those 8 responses were never removed from anything.
